Patsy J. Itoscia, of Farmingdale, died on July 25, 2009. Husband of the late Ida. Father of Robert, Patricia and the late Joseph. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Funeral Mass was held at St. Kilian RC Church. Interment St. Charles Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale.
