It has been my honor and pleasure to serve under the leadership of Williston Park Mayor Lud Odierna for the past four years.
Lud has poured his heart and soul into governing this great village we all call home.
Lud has kept an open door policy while remaining in close contact with support from United States Congressman Gary Ackerman, New York State Senator Craig Johnson, New York State Assemblyman Thomas McKevitt, Nassau County Clerk Maureen O’Connell and Nassau County Legislator Richard Nicolello. Due to their joint efforts, the village has obtained several grants at both state and local levels.
Lud has always applauded his current board for working together as a team, especially during the annual budget negotiations where we fought hard to keep village taxes to a bare minimum.
Lud’s “number one” priority has always been the welfare of the village. During his term, the village bond rating has been raised from A- to AA, saving village taxpayers village tax increases.
Due to his dedication, honesty and great pride in the Village of Williston Park, I ask you, the residents to join me in re-electing Lud Odierna for mayor on March 16th.at the American Legion Hall, Willis Avenue, Williston Park.
