Obituary – Alfred R. Boccafola

Alfred R. Boccafola, of Farmingdale, an 18-year liver transplant survivor passed away July 31, 2010. His tremendous desire to live a full life was equally matched with his extraordinary courage and strength in facing his long illness. His compassion, empathy and deep spirituality helps all of us to live each moment. His focus was always on his wife, children, grandchildren and their happiness. Husband of April. Father of Tracie Roberts, Michael (Patricia) and Thomas (Kelly). Brother of Joyce Michels, James and Donald. Grandfather of Eric, Gregory, Sarah, Michael, Danny, Katie and Bryan. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Funeral Mass was held at St. Kilian RC Church with interment at Holy Rood Cemetery.
