Pippa Middleton has just reportedly signed a $1.5 million deal to pen a book about party planning and etiquette.

The book is a perfect fit for Middleton, whose parents own a super successful online party store and for which she runs “The Party Times” blog.

The book will take off of her blog in which she guides party planners on the ins and outs of planning a party.

But many argue this book deal is a bad idea for Middleton. And almost as soon as news broke that she would be writing a book, many became outraged, saying Dutchess Kate’s sister is just cashing in on her sister’s fame.

“The sight of minor royals and royals-in-law… cashing in on their regal connections irritates the Great British public at the best of times,” said Tom Skyes in a Daily Beast report. “But there could scarcely be a worse time for Pippa to be hawking a $1.5 million book deal around the publishing world.”

The UK’s Daily Mail went a bit further and produced a spoof of her guide called, “Tongue-in-cheek guide to the perfect party.”

The report gives advice from not only someone who runs her parent’s party supply website but also someone who’s “been snapped being the life and soul of various bubbly shindigs.”

One piece of advice reads, “I adore fancy-dress parties, but it’s such hard work trying to think of a theme. I used to think it was a safe bet to go for uniforms, but since Harry got into all that trouble for wearing a swastika armband, that’s a no-no. So now I’m all about WAGs.”

Pippa is under fire now but in previous months, was the talk of the town for another reason. Middleton was the maid of honor at her sister’s wedding to Prince William. She became an instant sensation, thanks in part to her form fitting dress, that some say helped her outshine the bride.
