OBEN Soccer’s 13U Girls Capture Northport Cow Harbor Tournament Cup
Oyster Bay East Norwich Soccer’s Club’s 13U girls were crowned Gold Division Champions at the 2011 Northport Cow Harbor United Columbus Day Weekend Tournament. The 16 member team took the trophy in a tie-breaker by defeating the hosts, The Northport Torpedos, 1-0. The Pearls were undefeated in their season and brought their winning streak to the beautiful Theodore Roosevelt Turf for the first time on Sunday October 23 as they played and won against West Hempstead.
These girls are the very definition of teamwork, blending offensive power and determination with solid defense, and they do it with smiles and laughter! Go Pearls!
