Guess group therapy really wasn’t what the couple needed to stay together. Linda Hogan, 52, and former fiance Charley Hill, 23, have split according to E!Online.com.

Can’t say we’re too surprised about that one being Charley is 29 years younger than momma Hogan.

Linda Hogan shared the news via her Fabebook page to tell all her loyal followers about her choice to call it off with her little cub, Charley. She explained that she made the decision after much soul-searching.

“Ok… My status has changed. I am now single,” Linda wrote. “After the great therapy we had together and time to think and concentrate on who we are and who we want to be, Charley and I decided that we should each travel through life in different directions.”

She also made sure to thank the people who were fans of the couple, especially because of their age difference.

“But, thank you all for always being so supportive of our relationship and choices. I hope that you all understand and are not be too terribly disappointed. Love you!” the reality star added.

But being 29 years younger than Linda was not the only issue people had with the Hulk’s ex dating a younger man, he was also a classmate of her daughter Brooke! Yeah, talk about strange.

If dating one of your daughter’s schoolmates wasn’t bad enough, the cougarlicious Linda really sent the rumor mill buzzing when she announced the two would be getting engaged.

The two were supposed to be married during the Summer of 2011 on a boat named “Alimony” but instead decided to talk their issues out on VH1’s “Couples Therapy.”

“It is a very positive step for Linda,” said Linda’s attorney. “Linda is extremely busy developing her soon-to-be-released cosmetic line and in pursuing her several television projects.”

Wonder what the Hulk thinks of the situation, probably laughing it off as he walks around in his red and yellow boas. What do you think?
