A sex tape featuring and filmed by actress Minka Kelly has reportedly surfaced although it is uncertain whether she is over 18 years old in the video.
The 30-minute tape that was filmed in New Mexico with Kelly’s ex-boyfriend is being shopped around to bidders, according to published reprorts. The video was possibly filmed in the late 90s with the camera set up on a tripod played back through a television, as Kelly, now 32, appears to be aware of the camera.
Two songs from singer Brandy Norwood’s second album “Never Say Never,” which was released June 8, 1998, are played in the tape, 16 days before Kelly’s 18th birthday. This puts the potential highest bidder in the position of holding the video in which she is possibly underage.
TMZ reported that there are disputes whether the songs were added after the video was recorded to make Kelly appear over 18, but she appears singing and dancing to the songs.
Kelly has yet to comment on the video. She appeared unconcerned at a salon last Friday among paparazzi in Los Angeles.
The identity of the video tape’s seller is unknown and Kelly’s representatives are not responding to calls or e-mails concerning the video.
Kelly has starred in television series Friday Night Lights and the rebooted 2011 Charlie’s Angels as well as films like The Roomate. She has dated Yankees played Derek Jeter and actor Jake Gyllenhaal over the years.
Kelly has recently appeared as the lead actress in Maroon 5’s “One More Night” music video and will star as former US First Lady Jackie Kennedy in a new biopic The Butler.
She was also named Esquire’s Sexiest Woman Alive in 2010.
