Grasshoppers—The 49ers were led by Dean Kott who threw for one TD pass and ran for two other scores. Chris McIntyre had two long runs, one which resulted in a touchdown. Luke Begley and Sal Migliaccio each had nice runs of their own while Nick Migliaccio led the defense with three tackles/flags.

Peanut 2—In an impressive demonstration of good play on both sides of the ball, the Saints’ defense stifled the Redskins while their high-octane offense scored three TDs. Josh Behar showed his blazing speed on an impressive touchdown run. QB Gavin Vega threw a perfect spiral to Torin Kassenbaum for an exciting touchdown. And Michael Connolly scored on an electrifying touchdown run over the entire length of the field eluding several defenders in his path. The Saints’ defense with the help of Jimmy Sanders, Robert Trey Rowland and Chris “The Beast” Leon kept the Redskins out of the end zone.

The Steelers played a tough game against the Patriots. C.J. Mangio’s first interception stopped the Patriots drive before halftime. Jack Wiser, Matt Cangelosi, and Nick Mahan played a great defensive game. Dillon Mehta, Mangio and Ben Purcell scored on pass plays. Joe Walsh had a long reception setting up the second score.

The Steelers’ offense caught fire scoring on two TD passes and three TD runs. Mahan took the opening hand off the length of the field to start the scoring. Mangio and Mehta later scored on a sweep left and a draw play. Jack Wiser had a TD reception from Mangio and threw a long TD pass to Walsh who made a couple moves down the sideline to avoid being stopped. Mahan, Wiser, Aidan Ng, Mangio and Mehta all had four flags in a well-played team effort.
