Boot Camp
Priestley Chiropractic and LI aXpress Boot Camp will be sponsoring a free outdoor community boot camp on Sundays through Aug. 18 from 7:15 to 8:15 a.m. These sessions will be held at Allen Park on Motor Avenue in Farmingdale. This will be the group’s third season hosting this event. The only requirements are: a desire to improve your fitness level, run at least 100 yards and are a Town of Oyster Bay resident. Irish Night Concert
The Ancient Order of Hibernians, Division 15 of Nassau County and Massapequa present an evening of Irish entertainment with live traditional Irish music by renowned Irish entertainer Ed Ryan, and featuring champion Irish step-dancers with an additional performance by the Tara Pipes and Drums of Massapequa. Festivities start at 7 p.m. on June 29 at Brady Park on Front Street in the village of Massapequa Park. Homemade Irish soda bread, giftware and refreshments will be available.
