Peter M. Cusack, 77, of South Farmingdale passed away May 6, 2014. Retired New York LIfe Insurance employee. Beloved husband of Loretta. Loving father of Susan Toscano (Joseph) and Michael (Anne). Proud grandfather of Kimberly, Sarah, Victoria and Grace. Dear brother of Hugh, Catherine Frost, Teresa Nenninger and the late Patrick. A Funeral Mass was held Friday, May 9, at St. Kilian RC Church, followed by interment at St. Charles Cemetery. Donations in Peter’s memory may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105). Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc.
