The Plainview-Old Bethpage Central School District’s John F. Kennedy High School Class of 2014 recently participated in the school’s first “College Decision Day” event. Hundreds of students proudly wore shirts and sweatshirts signifying where they will attend college next year. The soon-to-be high school graduates filled out paper leaves, writing their college of choice, and placed it on the school’s college decision tree, located in front of the school. JFK administrators and teachers also wore shirts representing their alma maters.
