The Westbury School District held its annual reorganization meeting last week, swearing in a new president and vice president for the board.
The board unanimously voted Pless Dickerson as president, a spot previously held by Rodney Caines. Leslie Davis was named vice president with five votes (Caines, Dickerson, Robin Bolling, Karin Campbell and Davis), over trustee Laura Pierce who had two votes (John Simpkins, Pierce).
At the meeting, both Karin Campbell and Bolling, a newcomer to the board, were sworn in for three year terms.
