Still Life: 1970s Photorealism, which runs at the Nassau County Museum of Art in Roslyn through November 9, got off to a festive start last week with an opening reception. Showcasing works from the Yale University Art Gallery, the exhibit takes viewers back to the turbulent 1970s, with pieces by Audrey Flack, Ralph Goings, Duane Hanson, Malcolm Morley, Ben Schonzeit and Idelle Weber.
