The Seventh Squad reports the arrest of two Baldwin men for a Grand Larceny that occurred in Massapequa at 5:25 p.m. on Sunday, Nov. 30.
According to detectives, two police officers on patrol observed the two defendants in the parking lot of the Westfield Mall located at 850 Sunrise Highway. The defendant’s suspicious activity led to the officers questioning the defendants and resulted in their arrests. It was determined that the defendants had made purchases in Walmart and Champs in an excess of $1900 using a stolen credit card.
Defendant Terrell Fuller, 24, and Daiyquan Webb, 24, were both charged with criminal possession of stolen property, identity theft and forgery 2nd degree. Additionally, Fuller is charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument and Webb is charged with grand larceny 4th degree. The defendants were arraigned on Monday, Dec. 1, in First District Court 99 Main Street Hempstead.
