Students in grades three, four and five had the opportunity to attend two Jericho teacher-led workshops, including exploding lunch bags, girls and engineering and exploring robotics.
STEM Day also featured workshops from New York Hall of Science, which was paid for by a donation from Neurological Surgery, PC. Kids had the opportunity to play with bugs, build and launch a rocket and learn about static electricity.
Feedback was amazing and the event was a huge success.
