John A. Wallace, 87, of Farmingdale passed away Dec. 3. Beloved husband of 65 years to Irene (nee Schmitz)*. Loving father of Jack (Patti), Debbie Cardillo (Charles), Donald (Lori) and Cathy Rettig (John). Proud Grandpa of 13 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Retired 40-year engineer at Grumman Aerospace. A Funeral Mass was held Monday, Dec. 8, at St. Kilian RC Church, followed by interment with military honors at Washington Memorial Park, Coram. Arrangements were entrusted to the Arthur F. White Funeral Home, Inc.
