Police are looking for a man who robbed a Hicksville 7-11 on Thursday, Jan. 8 at 12:25 a.m.
According to detectives, a black male subject, wearing a black hooded jacket, black face mask, black pants and black shoes entered the 7-11 store located at 384 W. John St. armed with a silver handgun and demanded the money in the register. The male clerk, age 37, complied with the subject’s demands, placing an unknown amount of money into a red backpack, as well as approximately 20 packs of Newport cigarettes. The subject fled on foot in an unknown direction. No injuries were reported.
