John Joseph Brull

John Joseph Brull, age 59, died Sunday, June 7, 2015 from Pancreatic Cancer in Edzell, Scotland.
John attended Plandome Road Elementary School and Chaminade High School in Mineola.
John’s many friends include coworkers from Lord & Taylor, Manhasset, The Magic Pan in Manhasset, Lorraine Murphy’s in Manhasset, The Jolly Fisherman in Roslyn, Shibley Day Camp in Roslyn and several friends from The Cave/Kilmeade’s and Publicans Manhasset. John spent 22 years with the US Navy, being the last US serviceman to retire from RAF Edzell. John later worked in telecommunications for Royal Dutch Shell, Schlumberger, Rig-Net and most recently as Associate Director at Talisman Energy in Aberdeen, Scotland.
John is survived by wife, Shirley Brull, daughters Lisa Brull and Sara Brull Thomson of Brechin, Scotland; brothers Bob Brull, Jamey Brull and Elaine Brull Hussey.
A memorial mass is scheduled for October 10, 2015 at Chaminade High School Chapel at 11 a.m.
