Amy Monica Torpe will be wed to Alexander Stephen Ciucci this December 2015 at the Church of St. John Nepomucene on the Upper East Side in New York City by Father Richard Baker. Daniel Ciucci, Alexander’s older brother, currently studying for the priesthood, will assist Fr. Baker during the wedding ceremony.
Amy is the daughter of James and Ellen Torpe of Manhasset, New York. James Torpe is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of George Torpe Inc.
Alexander is the son of John and Rebecca Ciucci of Richland, Washington. John Ciucci is the president and Chief Executive Officer of the CH2M Hill Plateau Remediation Company.
Amy is a regional director at Ralph Lauren, covering menswear and childrenswear wholesale retail development for department stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
Amy graduated from Manhasset High School Class of 2004. She continued her education and earned a Bachelor of Arts in fashion merchandising from the University of Delaware.
Alexander is an associate at Goldman Sachs handling corporate derivatives and works at helping companies manage their foreign exchange, interest rate, commodity and pension risk.
Alexander earned his Bachelor of Science degree in financial engineering and holds a Master of Science degree in operations research from Columbia University.
