The Iranian Mother’s Association (IMA) hosted a panel discussion at Beth Hadassah Synagogue in Great Neck, which was comprised of accomplished women who spoke about their inspirations, goals and paths to achievement.

Parvaneh Sarraf, along with several other caring and educated Iranian-Jewish women, founded the IMA in New York in 2000. The organization’s objective has been to raise the awareness of the Iranian-Jewish community in New York and the Metropolitan area, as well as to identify the impact and role of Iranian-Jewish women in society.
