Six Advanced Research students from Plainedge High School participated in the regional finals of the Junior Science and Humanities Symposium (JSHS).
Semifinalists for this prestigious competition were selected from Long Island and New York City high schools and the competition is sponsored by the United States Army. Under the guidance of teachers William Bertolotti, Maureen Brennan and Peter Rosenstein, this is a record number of semifinalists for the school.
