Off The Water 5K

The Manhasset Crew team invites all runners and walkers to join in a fun-filled morning at the 3rd Annual Off The Water 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, April 10, at 8:30 a.m. Race through the residential streets of beautiful Flower Hill, Manhasset and stay after the race to enjoy entertainment, refreshments and awards. “Come on down for a fun time,” said Emily Kavourias, president ex-facto of the Friends of Manhasset Crew.
Participants will gather at Flower Hill Park on Bonnie Heights Road right across from the Flower Hill Village Hall. Entry fees for the Off The Water 5K Run/Walk are $35 before April 3 and $40 after, and day of, the race. Entry fee for children under 12 years of age is $20 before April 3. Race applications and sponsorship forms can be mailed to Friends of Manhasset Crew, P.O. Box 791, Manhasset, NY 11030. Each participant chip timing will receive a bib and the chip in the bib will time the run.
Winners will be awarded by age in the following divisions under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & above for male and female as well as first, second and third per age group. Pickup preregistration packages will be available Saturday, April 9, between 5 and 8 p.m. at Flower Hill Park.
