SHA Middle School Wins Torah Bowl

The Silverstein Hebrew Academy (SHA) Middle School Torah Bowl team, under the leadership of Rabbi Zevy Geisinsky, won the Torah Bowl against all Long Island and Queens yeshivot. They were victorious over the Hebrew Academy of Nassau County, Hebrew Academy of the Five Towns & Rockaways, Yeshiva of Central Queens and last year’s champions, the Hebrew Academy of Long Beach. The SHA champs will next compete against New York City and New Jersey yeshivot.
