Oyster Bay Town Councilman Anthony D. Macagnone (center) recently attended the Over the Hill Gang men’s softball league opening day held at Allen Park in Farmingdale. The Over the Hill Gang men’s softball league is a widely respected softball program for players that are 40 years old or older. The Over the Hill Gang men’s softball league offers players the thrill of competition and a great form of exercise. On hand for the event with Councilman Macagnone (from left to right) are player Keith Burtis, vice president of Over the Hill Gang Joe Reilly, president of the Over the Hill Gang Jim Reilly, Larry Ortolani of Field & Safety, Michael Corda who handles Over the Hill Gang Special Events and Tom Vella who is the manager of B.K. Sweeney’s Parkside Tavern in Bethpage.
