Levittown’s MacArthur High School baseball coach Steve Costello is pleased to announce that the New York State Public High School Athletic Association has named the varsity baseball team a scholar-athlete team. To qualify, an athletic team must acquire a cumulative grade-point average of 90 percent or more. Costello said the baseball team acquired a 92 percent cumulative GPA during the spring athletic season.
The district congratulates the team on this outstanding accomplishment.
