More than 30 Plainedge High School students participated in the second annual kayak field trip.
Their journey began with a brief introductory lesson on safety and basic kayaking skills and was followed by an exciting adventure on the scenic Nissequogue River. Not only did the students become immersed in the beauty of nature but they also developed cooperative and team building skill
