Plainedge High School held its annual commencemen
t exercise for the Class of 2016 at Hofstra University on June 23.
The ceremony included an address from valedictorian Nicholas Pugliano and salutatorian Nicholas Ticali, as well as speeches from class president Tyler Sloman, Superintendent of Schools Dr. Edward A. Salina, Jr., board of education president Catherine Flanagan and principal Robert Amster.
Musical performances from the jazz choir and concert band we
re also included. Congratulations to all of the graduates in the Class of 2016.
