Walter Rissmeyer was arrested for DWI (Leandra’s Law) in Lake Success, while his 10-year-old daughter was in the rear passenger seat, on Monday, Aug. 22, at 1:50 a.m., according to Nassau County Third Precinct police officers.
The 41-year-old Bethpage man was driving southbound on Lakeville Road in a 2007 Chrysler Suburban while intoxicated. No injuries were reported.
