It wouldn’t be Halloween without some ghost stories and North Hempstead TV gives viewers just that with its Halloween special The Ghosts of Town Hall.
North Hempstead’s Town Hall in Manhasset dates back to 1906 and has been the site of some “ghostly sightings” by several Town employees over the years. Town historian Howard Kroplick speculates that the ghost could be a past resident of Manhasset, from the influential Onderdonk family. Local Long Island medium Dawn Joly lends her expertise to help solve the mystery of Town Hall’s permanent ghostly guest.
