A Manhasset tradition returns thanks to Girl Scout Troop 527, along with the Bayview Civic Association, the Manhasset holiday movie, The Secret Life of Pets on Saturday, Dec. 17, at 10 a.m. at the Bow Tie Theater on Plandome Road. Doors open at 9:30 a.m.
The grand sponsor, Moves and Motions Manhasset School of Dance and the Nancy Morris Agency has generously underwritten this exciting event and the organizers request that moviegoers bring a canned good for the Island Harvest food drive. There will be prizes given out to the children who attend. Every year, they eagerly wait for their tickets to be called and go up to the stage to pick out what they want. It’s the highlight of the morning.
Tickets will be sold at Moves and Motion, located at 47 Manhasset Ave. The show tickets will be sold from Friday, Dec. 9, to Friday, Dec. 16, at $2 each. Tickets will also be sold at Nancy Morris Agency, located at 22 Bayview Ave., starting on Monday, Dec. 12, to Friday, Dec. 16, from 9 to 5 p.m.
