Manhasset Chamber Of Commerce Hosts Festive Business Card Exchange

The Manhasset Chamber of Commerce hosted a holiday open house at Chocolate Works on Dec. 13. Special entertainment included the joyous music makers from the Music Institute of Long Island under the tutelage of Geri and Carol Kushner.

The children performed several holiday favorites to the delight of retailers and business owners who came to join the incoming Chamber Copresident Stephanie Solomon who hosted this business card exchange. Solomon is the proprietor of two Chocolate Works locations (Manhasset and Rockville Centre) and is committed to promote more business development in Manhasset along with T.J. Costello.
A number of local officials joined the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce, including Town of North Hempstead Councilwomen Dina De Georgio and Anna Kaplan, Town of North Hempstead Clerk Wayne Wink, Assemblyman-elect Tony D’Urso as well as representatives of the local civic associations.

The next event for the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce will occur on Jan. 18 when the organization inducts its new board at the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce Installation Luncheon at Plandome Country Club. All levels of membership are invited. The new board executive committee is comprised of:

The Manhasset Chamber of Commerce is comprised of two levels of membership. The Beautification Of Manhasset membership is $49 and assists in beautifying Manhasset with ornaments, holiday and seasonal decorations. Full membership allows members to be on the board and have voting rights. If you have a home office, you are welcome to become a member of the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce.
