Sewanhaka High School students Emily Geyer, Amanda Lamarche and Piriyankari Sivanesathasan were recently recognized for their artwork at the Floral Park Women’s League annual luncheon. The luncheon celebrated exceptional artwork from across Long Island. Sivanesathasan (photography), Lamarche (painting) and Geyer (illustration) received first, second and third-place honors, respectively. Sivanesathasan’s artwork has been selected to move onto the state level.
