In reference to the letter “Vote No on May 16” in the April 12 issue, let’s deal with actual facts, shall we? Fact: Our excellent public schools are the bedrock of the housing values in this community. If we fail to support the budget, we will all pay the price. It is penny wise and pound foolish to try to save a few bucks when the value of your house, which is likely your biggest asset, is at risk. Find out the facts. Don’t let Great Neck morph into another community.
