Legendary baseball broadcaster Brian Kenny headed back to Island Trees High School on March 26 to speak with senior students.
Kenny, a 1981 graduate of Island Trees, is an Emmy Award-winning studio host with MLB Network. Also a longtime SportsCenter anchor, Kenny is one of the high school’s most famous graduates.
The well-known baseball expert spent time with the high school’s seniors, including a question and answer session with some of Levittown’s biggest sports fans. Not only did Kenny provide insight about life as a broadcaster, but he gave the students life lessons and, of course, plenty of baseball information.
