Michael Stanco has been a strong player in the real estate game for quite some time. He has been an integral part of some of the most prestigious property, land and homes sales in his 16 year career.
An alumni of the New York Stern School of Business and a graduate from the masters program at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate, Michael has gained the respect of his community and colleagues, and has always looked at real estate as more of a lifestyle versus a job, given that he grew up in the business and also helps run a successful development and construction company with his father, Les Stanco.
Before Michael Misiti started selling real estate, he owned and ran successful businesses in the sports industry, including a renowned tennis academy, trained world-class athletes and was the head coach at the university level. With multiple degrees from Fordham University, his acumen in running prosperous companies has catapulted him into the real estate business and is constantly working to brand the team and grow its market share. Having lived in both Queens and Long Island, he brings a unique perspective to servicing the client’s needs.
