Three-year-old Queenie is in need of a foster and ultimately an adopter. This beautiful black and white short-haired cat with the most stunning green eyes and a little nose enjoys hunting, chasing a wand toy, lap sitting, belly rubs, and being brushed. Queenie would love a home of her own; maybe that home could be yours?

Fiona
Fiona

Gorgeous Fiona is looking for a home without young children. She is sweet and laidback, and would really love a quiet household to thrive in.

Available for adoption at the Smithtown Animal Shelter

Boo
Boo

**Senior Alert** Boo is an 8-year-old Male Maine Coon and Domestic Medium Hair Mix who was brought in to the animal shelter after his old owner discovered they were allergic to him. Boo is a sweet boy who is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside. He is outgoing, affectionate, and a big fan of getting some attention and love. Boo can be a little dominant when he is around other cats, so he would do best as either the only pet in the home, or with other calm cats who will let him have his space.

If you are interested in adopting Boo or any of the cute cats and kittens currently at the shelter, please call 631-360-7575 for more information.

Available for adoption at North Shore Animal League America

Cassie
Cassie

Two-year-old Cassie (Adoption #H211398) is a cutie pie, plain and simple! Offer her a chin scratch and watch her melt right into your hands. This local rescue has been abundantly grateful for the loving care she received from Animal League America’s veterinary team who created a successful plan to care for her minor heart condition and EGC (allergy) flare ups — covered medical conditions through Pet Health Centers! No doubt about it, you’ll be cooing Cassie’s praises when she joins your family!

Buttercup and Genie
Buttercup and Genie

**Double Adoption** Buttercup and Genie were fostered by their rescuer before being delivered to Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center for the opportunity of finding a furever family. These awesome 8-month-old boys have leaned on each other through good times and bad. While Buttercup can be a tad shy, Genie has been a great cheerleader, showing his brother life is definitely better in the safe indoors. You’ll find their balanced energy everything they need to transition into permanent home living. A household with experienced cat parents (and kids older than 12) will ensure their success.

Tikka and Masala
Tikka and Masala

**Double Adoption**  Six-month-olds Tikka (Adoption #NCR7229) and Masala (Adoption #NCR7230) found their long journey from North Carolina overwhelming but having each other during these new experiences is just what they need to warm their hearts up to the idea of finding a loving forever family. Who could resist such a savory serving of kitten cuteness? If you have a gentle hand willing to reassure a pair of shy siblings that they’re where they’re meant to be, that’s all they’ll need to settle into their first real home.

Tom Brady
Tom Brady

Our friend Tom Brady (Adoption #NCI3196) has a whole record-breaking career ahead of him. All he needs is the home field advantage! Want to make this gorgeous 5-month-old rescue from upstate New York your MVP? All Tom needs is some treats and ear rubs to kick off a winning streak with your family!

Streak and Freckle
Streak and Freckle

**Double Adoption** Four-month-olds Streak (Adoption #NCI3236) and his brother Freckle (Adoption #NCI3237) are so ready to race around your living room! This adorable pair of kittens came to Long Island via Animal League America’s sister shelter in Upstate New York, and they’re super excited at the opportunity to find their way to your heart and into a permanent home with you. If you’ve been hoping for a pair of adorable soulmates, introduce yourself to Streak and Freckle; you won’t be able to resist them!

Daisy and Rose
Daisy and Rose

**Double Adoption**   When 7-year-olds Daisy (Adoption #H206976) and Rose (Adoption #H206977) lost their beloved owner, their grief was compounded by losing their home as well. Safely tucked into a quiet, sunny room, these gentle sisters are showing us how resilient they are through adversity, and how open and hopeful they are that their time in Bianca’s Furry Friends Feline Adoption Center will lead them to a new beginning. While Daisy is a bit hesitant to jump into new situations, a sprinkle of catnip is all the incentive she needs to join in on some fun. Rose makes herself at home in any lap that will have her! Wouldn’t you love to pick up a pair of grateful sisters and create new, beautiful memories with them?

Calli and Carlisle
Calli and Carlisle

**Double Adoption** A long trip from an overcrowded municipal shelter in Georgia hasn’t dampened the spirits of 9-month-old sister and brother Calli (Adoption #G28767) and Carlisle (Adoption #G28770). These siblings are ready for their next great adventure. Here’s hoping their magnificent whiskers and wide-eyed curiosity grab hold of your heart because these two tuxedos are ready to share all of life’s wonders with your family!

Vanya
Vanya

After fending for herself and her kittens outdoors, momma Vanya (Adoption #BF4451) was offered a better life for herself and her offspring. This very grateful lady is ready to settle down, and we’re looking to finding her a home worthy of her devotion. She’s got a robust head butt waiting for whoever claims her as their newest family member.  This momma deserves all the love and affection she gave her own… now you can give it to her.

If you’d like to adopt any one of these fabulous felines, email [email protected] and/or visit Animal League America’s Port Washington campus.

Available for adoptions from Lend-a-Paw Inc.

Kj
Kj

KJ is a friendly, affectionate pal who is gentle and loves to play! Kj was saved after he was surrendered to a high kill shelter while simultaneously suffering from Euthanasia. KJ is 5 years old and house broken. He would love to have a female dog close to his size or to be the only pet in your home. Kj is just looking for a loving person and a big yard for him to run and play!

Marty
Marty

Marty was rescued from a risk list at a kill shelter. At first Marty was very scared and not so friendly (which is 1000% to be expected), but he has made great progress and is such a loving companion! This fun 2-year-old boy loves to be brushed and cuddled and he gets along great with other cats. He loves his current foster family and is looking for his forever home!

Meredith
Meredith

Meredith was found on the streets by a fellow volunteer. She loves to play and gets along great with the other kittens of her litter, so she would love a sibling to be able to play with whether it’s from her litter or not. Three-month-old Meredith is just looking for an owner to give her lots of love and playtime!

Beth
Beth

A breeder abandoned sweet girl Beth in Louisiana. She gave birth to 11 puppies, of which 8 survived. Beth is 3 years old and prefers a home with no other dogs. All of her puppies have been adopted but Beth is still waiting for her forever home! Maybe that’s yours??

Kasper
Kasper

**Senior Alert** Eight-year-old Kasper was rescued from the Animal Care Center in NYC along with his brother. They were both terribly sick and sadly his brother did not make it. Kasper is extremely affectionate and loves being held and giving hugs! He has developed symptoms of early kidney disease so you would need to check up with a vet yearly. But Kapser would be a great addition to any home and he gets along great with other cats, dogs, and kids!
