Joan A. Gerard, of Hicksville, died on July 3, 2009. Wife of Robert. Mother of Donna Sanderson (Jim) and Robert (Catherine). Sister of Mary Grasdorf. Grandmother of James, Jack and Keelin. The family was cared for by the Thomas F. Dalton Funeral Home, Levittown Chapel. Mass at Holy Family RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to any breast cancer society would be appreciated.
