Sedacca Announces Candidacy for 9th L.D.

At the recent Nassau County Democratic Committee convention, Dolores Sedacca was unanimously nominated as candidate for the Nassau County Legislature’s 9th District. Sedacca, the former mayor of East Williston, has also received endorsement from the Working Families Party. She will be running against Republican incumbent Richard Nicolello. The 9th Legislative District includes all or part of Bellerose, Bellerose Terrace, Carle Place, Floral Park, Floral Park Centre, Garden City Park, Mineola, New Hyde Park, Westbury and the Willistons.
