Margaret Walsh (nee Dishington), a lifelong resident of Bayville, died on Aug. 12, 2009. She was an active volunteer throughout her lifetime in local school, church, Scouts and civic organizations and a dedicated trustee at the Village Church of Bayville.
Loving mother of Meg Heller (John), Bill (Odette), Janet (Carla Horne), Anne and Katie Schlicht (Bill). Devoted grandmother of Sarah, Catherine, Colton, Brody, Shayna, Emily and Maggie. Treasured friend of many.
Arrangements were made by the Oyster Bay Funeral Home. Funeral services held at the Village Church of Bayville. Interment Locust Valley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Celia Flower Food Pantry, c/o Village Church of Bayville, 9 Mountain Ave., Bayville, NY 11709.
