Philip John Fornabaio, of South Farmingdale, passed away on March 14, 2010. Husband of Florence. Also survived by many other family members and friends. Arrangements entrusted to McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Funeral Mass was held at Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Massapequa. Interment St. Charles Cemetery.
