Obituary: Elvira Parente

Elvira (Vera) Parente died on July 5, 2010. She was a longtime resident of Oyster Bay. Beloved wife of the late Dominic. Loving mother of Netta (Chris) Waters, and Alex (Mary Jo). Cherished nonni of Andrew, Kaitlyn, Allyson, and Joseph. Survived by brother Theodore Marotti. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was a longtime member of the Beachbrook Seniors. Arrangements were made by the the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Funeral Mass in the Chapel of St. Dominic’s RC Church. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Heart Association.
