Obituary – James McGuire

James McGuire, of Nesconset, formerly of Farmingdale, died on Oct. 11, 2010. He was a life member of Hook Ladder & Hose Company #1, Farmingdale Fire Department. Companion to Gertrude McGuire for over 30 years. Father and father-in-law of Catherine and Frank Lombardo and James C. and Laura McGuire. Grandfather of Lisa Marie and Adrianna. Great-grandfather of Isabelle. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. Memorial Mass will be celebrated for both James and Gertrude on Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 9:45 a.m. at St. Kilian RC Church, Farmingdale. Interment of ashes with military honors and firematic service will follow at LI National Cemetery, Pinelawn.
