Obituary: Katherine H. Haarke

Katherine H. Haarke, 88, of East Norwich, died on Oct. 25, 2010. Wife of Theodore. Mother of Karen Kantar (Mete) and Theodore (Kathleen). Grandmother of five. Great-grandmother of six. Also survived by loving relatives and friends. She was a devoted member of the Eastern Star. Visiting at Oyster Bay Funeral Home, 261 South St., Oyster Bay, Friday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service at Christ Episcopal Church, 61 E. Main St., Oyster Bay, on Saturday at 11 a.m. Interment St. Margaret’s Cemetery. Donations in her memory can be made to Christ Church.
