Obituary: Christine Prill

Christine Prill (Purcell), of Oyster Bay, died on May 8, 2011. Wife of the late William Prill and the late John Purcell. Mother of Daniel Purcell, John (Charlotte) Purcell, Mary (Don) Green. Grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of 19.

She was a longtime member of the I.H.M. Guild, the Catholic Daughter’s of America of St. Dominic’s Church, Irish American Society of Mineola, Doubleday Babcock Senior Center and Beechbrook Seniors.

Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Funeral Mass at St. Dominic’s RC Chapel. Interment Holy Rood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Outreach Program of St. Dominic’s RC Church.
