Michael Antoszyk Jr., of Lake Grove, died on May 31, 2011. Beloved father of Gregory (Kerry), Christofer, and Daniel. Also survived by many other loving family members and friends. Arrangements entrusted to the McCourt & Trudden Funeral Home, Farmingdale. Religious service was held in the funeral home. Graveside service was held at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hastings on Hudson, NY.
