Nicholas Pucciariello passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 7, 2011 after a courageous battle with cancer. Husband of Eleanor (Kaminski) for 52 years. Father of Nikki (Brian) Paris and Charles (Nona). Grandfather of Brian, Matthew and Nicholas Paris. Brother of Elaine (Jim) Westheimer and Joan (John) Kane.
Nick taught math and computer science at Glen Cove High School for 29 years. He was an avid golfer and enjoyed playing courses around the country and the world while traveling upon retirement. A movie buff for many years, he developed a collection and a body of knowledge which he enjoyed sharing. He had an amazing gift of remembering facts as well as the ability to recall them. Nick was a voracious reader and a frequent visitor to area libraries.
