Obituary: Ruth M. Haugen

Ruth M. Haugen (nee Nicholson), former longtime resident of Bethpage and Babylon, passed away at age 91 on Oct. 4, 2011. Wife of the late Harry (December 1969). Mother of Howard Haugen (Elizabeth) and Anne McCarthy (Charles). Grandmother of Tara Czerwinski, Dana Angelini, Eric McCarthy and four great- grandchildren. Sister of Robert Nicholson, the late Edith and the late Bud. Arrangements were made by Arthur F. White Funeral Home. A religious service was held Oct. 7 at the funeral home with interment at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
