Walter Nazarewicz, of Centre Island, passed away on Nov. 20, 2011 at 84. He was a longtime employee at Charles Pfizer culminating in his role as president of Mineral Technologies. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Frances; his daughter Susan Bozek; his son Scott Nazarewicz; son-in-law Mark Bozek; beloved grandson Jude Thomas Bozek; and sister Mary Stasiuk. Arrangements were made by the Francis P. DeVine Funeral Home, Oyster Bay. Funeral Mass St. Gertrude’s RC Chapel. Interment St. Johns Cemetery, Middle Village Queens.
