I am writing this letter to bring to your attention the excellent qualifications of my neighbor William Carr, who is a candidate for election as a trustee to the Williston Park Village Board.
Billy and Cathy Carr, and their four children, have been my neighbors now for 10 years, ever since they purchased their home in 2002.
During this time I have come to admire Billy for his friendly pleasant attitude, his generous sharing nature, his hard work at his job and quick reaction to help out a neighbor.
Billy has several personal attributes that certainly will be advantageous as a trustee board member and also prove beneficial to the citizens of Williston Park. I refer to his fair open-mindedness in solving problems and resolving conflicts. He is a good listener and can always see clearly and understand another person’s point of view.
Billy Carr and his family are committed to a long-term residency and to contribute to the improvement and future stability of our village.
