When Sean Rogers graduated from Holy Trinity High School in 2008, he became one of the Fighting Irish, but has always stayed a Titan. As the current lacrosse team captain at the University of Notre Dame, he brought the current Titan lacrosse team to the home of the Fighting Irish over the Easter break.
This was a chance of a lifetime for the high school team. They had the opportunity to tour the university facilities, including the brand new Ariotta Lacrosse Stadium and locker rooms, the “Golden Dome” and “Touchdown Jesus.”
On April 10, the Titans played nationally ranked Culver Academy, from Culver, Ind. in Ariotta Stadium.
“It was a tremendous experience for our kids to visit such an historical place,” said Holy Trinity Head Coach Steve Tempone. “Sean Rogers is a true Holy Trinity Titan and we are all very proud of all he has accomplished at the University of Notre Dame.”
